In the summer of 1976 Wildlife Creations founder Patrick Palumbo turned his love of wildlife , art and creativity into 3 copyrighted designs of childrens tire swings. The horse (mustang) tire swing, the elephant tire swing, and the dragon tire swing. Over the years many additional creations were added. Patricks interests were wide, from antiques to sculpting ,he was involved in many endeavors through the years. These swings were sold at craft and other markets across the country, gaining in popularity with each passing year. In 1993 Wildlife Creations incorporated and began to wholesale the line. From mom 'n pops to larger retailers Willdife Creations continued to gain growing acceptance in the marketplace.

Across the country, Jeff Lehman, while pursing a business degree at the University of Texas in Austin, began making childrens horse tire swings. What started as a creative outlet to make a handcrafted gift, turned into a sideline business, helping with college expenses. Over the years Jeff was involved in many ventures, but continued to make the horse tire swings, selling them at craft shows throughout Texas.  Jeff gained a growing appreciation for recycling, and expanded his portfolio of recycled tire creations to include his copyrighted Paradise PlantersTM -tropical bird planters, as well as several other product lines.

A mutual aquantance of Jeff and Patricks saw the similarity in their work and set up a meeting with the two at a trade show. Over the years Jeff and Patrick kept in touch, sharing thoughts and exchanging creative ideas. In late 2008 Jeff took over operations of Willdlife Creations International, Inc.  Jeff will continue Wildlife Creations in Patricks spirit. The product line will continue to be handmade in America with offices in both NJ and Jeff's home state of Texas.
